Responsibilities

Lead and execute strategic projects to develop and optimize category strategies for TikTok Shop category teams, driving long-term GMV growth, profitability, and operational efficiency

Partner closely with cross-functional (XFN) teams to define goals, pilot initiatives, and identify key areas for continuous improvement

Conduct data-driven analysis, competitor benchmarking, and hypothesis testing to solve business challenges and identify new growth opportunities

Work with product & tech teams to design scalable, tech-driven solutions that lower entry barriers for merchants and enhance overall platform competitiveness

Required

Strong quantitative and analytical skills; a background in mathematics, statistics, business analytics, or related fields is preferred

Experience in e-commerce strategy & operations, category management, management consulting, or business strategy, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives

Hands-on experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to execute solutions that drive measurable business impact

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a structured and problem-solving mindset

Preferred

Startup experience, especially in marketplace, e-commerce, or consumer goods sectors
