Business Development Manager
Fooda is a company that connects local chefs with office workers to provide unique food programs. They are seeking a highly driven and competitive Business Development Manager to join their New York team, responsible for selling Fooda's products to B2B clients across various verticals.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation with the goal of building relationships and setting meetings with potential Fooda customers
Identify opportunities and create solutions for a hybrid work environment which will meet recognized needs while maximizing dollars and efficiency
Lead all steps of Fooda’s sales cycle including presenting, negotiating and closing deals with decision makers across mid-market and enterprise companies in the Denver region
Learn and understand the Fooda training program including best practices within the sales process and managing your activity in our CRM
Demonstrate resourcefulness in connecting with new customers and showing diligence with follow-up communications to ensure a close
Collaborate with Fooda’s operations team in your assigned markets to execute client launches and maintain productive, growing relationships
Qualification
Required
4+ years of new business development experience with at least two in an outside sales, closing capacity
Experienced in navigating decision makers across mid-market and enterprise level companies
Chase goals and do what it takes to win because results matter most
Strategically minded with excellent problem-solving skills
Team-player, but also thrive working autonomously
Successful in cold-calling and have utilized sourcing strategies to reach the decision maker
Excitement for a tech platform that enhances employees' workplace experience and supports growth in local restaurants
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
