Lead all finance, accounting, FP&A, treasury, and IT functions
Build scalable financial systems, processes, and teams to support growth
Deliver actionable financial insights, dashboards, and performance metrics
Partner with private equity sponsors, lenders, auditors, and the Board
Support acquisitions, integrations, and long-term exit planning
Qualification
Required
15+ years of financial leadership experience
Proven success in private-equity-backed, leveraged environments
Experience with multi-site manufacturing operations
Strong M&A and integration leadership
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Preferred
prior CFO experience strongly preferred
MBA or CPA preferred
