Source Forward is a fast-growing real estate advisory platform working with sophisticated commercial property owners and operators across New York City and major U.S. markets. They are seeking a Real Estate Infrastructure Sales Consultant to expand owner relationships and drive new business by engaging prospective clients and managing a personal sales pipeline.

Responsibilities
Engage prospective clients via outbound calling, follow-ups, and warm leads generated by our platform
Lead discovery conversations with property owners and operators
Clearly and credibly position Source Forward’s advisory services
Leverage proprietary tools to prioritize and advance high-quality opportunities
Build and manage a personal sales pipeline
Own client relationships from initial outreach through signed engagement
Coordinate internally to move opportunities toward execution
Qualification
Required
1 to 6 years of experience in sales, brokerage, or consultative client-facing roles
Comfortable being on the phone daily and leading conversations
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Motivated by performance-based compensation
Interest in real estate, infrastructure, energy, or value-add capital projects
Preferred
Commercial real estate experience is a plus, but not required
