Responsibilities
Lead financial analysis for mergers and acquisitions, including hands-on due diligence, valuation support, and post-acquisition reporting
Build and maintain advanced financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
Present actionable financial insights to executive leadership to support strategic decision-making
Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for assigned business units
Partner with business leaders to evaluate ROI, performance metrics, and cost optimization opportunities
Analyze market and competitive data to inform growth strategies
Drive enhancements to financial reporting, systems, and analytical tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3–5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis with direct M&A and due diligence involvement
Proven experience supporting acquisitions from analysis through execution
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Strong communication skills with experience presenting to leadership
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
