Responsibilities

Serve as the client project lead from kickoff to debrief; translate objectives into a clear strategy, timeline, and content plan; present strategy overviews and regular progress updates
Develop creative briefs and direct cross‑functional workstreams (copy and design) to deliver cohesive event marketing campaigns
Conduct market and audience research; keep current on industry trends to inform messaging, channels, and tactics
Lead adherence to Microsoft and vendor brand guidelines; ensure content aligns to target personas, messaging frameworks, and visual identity before client handoff
Establish KPIs and benchmarks (including YoY comparisons and industry standards); deliver performance reporting and insights to clients and leadership
Self-starter with ability to work independently or with a team
Implement, maintain and enforce detailed workback schedules
Manages daily project management tasks at a senior level without supervision or assistance
Maintains advanced ability to create and update PowerPoint slides
Participates in team meetings and works collaboratively to complete client work
Possesses ability to schedule and maintain multiple meetings and calendars through

Required

Bachelor's degree (B. A. / B. S.) from four-year college or university
Minimum of 5-8 years of strategic marketing communication experience working with corporate technical events in a marketing setting
Create and work heavily in Microsoft Teams (managing and creating channels, crafting posts and announcements, posting and organizing files and documents)
Excellent skills with Microsoft PowerPoint and Office (Word, Excel, Planner, OneNote)
Previous experience in a strategic project manager role
Previous experience with project management within Monday.com system
Proactive and thorough in completing existing tasks and pursuing new assignments
Strong oral and written communication skills with role types and levels
Extremely detail-oriented with superior attention to detail; superior organizational skills
Ability to executive quick response times to both internal and external requests
Professionalism and maturity in all project management
Ability to manage concurrent tasks efficiently
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
Ability to speak confidently in front of internal teams and client workstreams
