Clinical Pharmacist - Internal Medicine
Cleveland Clinic is a respected healthcare organization, and they are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist – Internal Medicine. In this role, you will provide direct clinical pharmacy services, collaborate with healthcare teams, and support safe medication use while participating in the education of students and residents.

Responsibilities
Provide safe, efficient, patient-centered, evidence-based medication services
Verify medication orders and/or dispenses medications accurately according to state and federal regulations
Document services in a complete, accurate and timely manner
Actively contribute to medication safety initiatives
Ensure all pharmacy operations are in compliance with national accreditation standards
Directs staff appropriately to provide safe and efficient care and maintain professional working relationships with all caregivers
Educate and train students, residents, other caregivers and/or patients
Qualification
Required
PharmD or Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college of Pharmacy
Current State licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) or eligible for reciprocation in current state within 90 days of hire
Preferred
Board Certification
Completion of a Post-Graduate Year 1 Residency (PGY1), fellowship or relevant post-graduate pharmacy experience
Post-graduate year 2 residency (PGY2) or relevant experience preferred for Clinical Pharmacists hired in a Specialized Pharmacy practice area (i.e. Critical Care, Oncology)
