Operational and compliance oversight: Responsibilities include managing month-end and year-end financial processes, audits, tax compliance, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and risk mitigation including cybersecurity and insurance
Team management and development: The role involves supervising accounting, payroll, and benefits personnel, identifying training needs, and participating in hiring and disciplinary actions

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in FinanceCPACMA certification10+ years finance experienceProficiency with ERP systemsAnalytical skillsOrganizational skillsCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; Preferably hold professional certifications like CPA or CMA
Over 10 years of progressive experience in finance within manufacturing
Proficiency with ERP systems
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential
