Responsibilities
Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and monthly variance analysis to support decision-making
Build and enhance financial models, including models supporting recent acquisitions
Prepare presentations and analytical packages used for senior leadership and board discussions
Deliver customer profitability analysis aligned with emerging product or segment trends
Identify opportunities for process improvement across finance and operations
Support transition activities tied to system and reporting enhancements
Qualification
Required
Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel competency
Prior experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar strategic finance roles
Insurance industry experience required (carrier, brokerage, MGA, TPA, reinsurance, or similar)
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with leadership
