ServiceNow Business Process Consultant- ITSM & CSM
Alldus is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join their expanding team, focusing on innovative work in the ITSM and CSM domains. The role involves leading processes for ServiceNow projects in the Government sector, designing bespoke processes, and collaborating with a team to deliver effective solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead processes for ServiceNow projects focused across the Government sector
Focus on advancements within CSM, ITSM and other ServiceNow modules
Be the face of the business in speaking with clients to solve their pain points
Lead functional process workshops
Design bespoke processes that assist the client in overcoming obstacles and achieving project success
Gather business requirements to translate them into workable solutions
Develop and deliver end-user testing or training, write user stories, draw process flow, write test cases etc
Support the project while collaborating closely with a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team & the ServiceNow Architect
Qualification
Required
Strong ServiceNow functional background
2+ years in ServiceNow experience minimum
Previous consultancy experience
ServiceNow end-to-end implementation experience in CSM required
Preferred
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certified CSM or ITSM preferred
Other ServiceNow certifications desirable - CSA, CAD, Suite Certification etc
