Responsibilities
Supports production on site with technical assistance within the Critical Manufacturing Execution System
Conducts quality assurance/control tests and procedures within the MES
Troubleshoots issues as they arise and escalate as necessary to maintain system functionality and prevent line down issues
Assisting engineers with developing technical solutions related to the operation and performance of the Manufacturing Execution System
Troubleshoots issues within the Prisym labelling system including clearing label stuck in queue issues and other printer downtime
Creation of new lines and part numbers within MES. Additional support for Quality, Supervisors, PGLs and Engineering as necessary
Assist in the troubleshooting of MES related hardware including receipt printers, document scanners, tablets, etc
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
4+ years of relevant experience
Preferred
Prior experience with medical device or regulated manufacturing
Clean room experience
Troubleshooting of receipt printers, document scanners or other labeling equipment
