Responsibilities

The position is responsible for automation, job scheduling and streamlining all data exchange needs of the organization

To design and implement complex ETL processes for the Data management and Quality program

Data Extraction Programming, Source to Destination Mapping, Data Preparation

Essential duties include designing and streamlining various inter and intra organization ETL processes

Develop and implement schedule / dependency logic for automated ETL processing

Accountable for implementing architectural, developmental and operational standards and practices including creation of ETL metadata

Viewed as the subject matter expert for the team on the proprietary application, preferably experience with Health Care (HIT/HIPAA) data

Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors

Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criterion for obtaining results

The position requires working with various mission stakeholders, communicating system features and concepts to other users and developers, and interacting with program management

Required

10 + years' experience with Database & ETL Development tools like PL/SQL, Informatica

The Senior ETL Developer is primarily responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of ETL development to support the needs of data warehousing

Experience performing mapping of data fields from a number of proprietary data formats to FHIR resources and maintaining data in FHIR format

Any health domain experience in mandatory – (HL7, FHIR, Hippa, Snomed, ICD, Healthcare OR health) – potential Keywords

Experience with Commercial cloud like AWS (RDS), Azure based data platform

Working Experience with ER Studio/Erwin or other Data Modeling tools

Experience with Star Schema or Snow flake data models
