Responsibilities
Tracking, analyzing, and updating space data to develop scenario and occupancy plans for our offices
Assisting with migration plans, group and individual moves, and supporting office space allocation
Maintaining and updating floor plans, ensuring accuracy in business group assignments, occupancy, and conference room ownership
Manage and maintain space-related data repositories and databases
Conduct regular data audits and monthly reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance
Qualification
Required
0–2 years of experience in space/occupancy planning, facilities management, project management, or related fields
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred
Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, architecture, facilities management, or related)
Experience with Excel (pivot tables, vlookup)
Bluebeam, AutoCAD & Revit skills
