U-Haul International is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fleet Sales Customer Service Representative to join their team in Tempe, Arizona. In this role, you will assist customers and field employees with truck, trailer, and tow dolly sales while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the Truck Sales Department.

Responsibilities

Answer customer and field employee calls from Fleet Sales calling queue
Assist customers in finding trucks, trailers and tow dollies
Assist field employees in negotiating and selling trucks, trailers and tow dollies
Provide tax and DMV fees for truck, trailer and tow dolly sales

Qualification

Customer service experienceRetail/automotive salesMicrosoft OfficeBi-lingualCommunication

Required

High School diploma or GED
1-2 years customer service experience

Preferred

Retail/automotive sales is a plus
General knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
Excellent verbal and written communication
Inbound/outbound calls is a plus
Bi-lingual preferred but not necessary
