Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, with 3+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise software development

Strong experience with Java/J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot for building scalable web applications

Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP and/or AWS

Proficiency with Agile methodologies, Git, JUnit, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Harness)

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and relational databases (Oracle and/or MySQL)

Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) for code generation, testing, and documentation

Strong sense of ownership and accountability

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-change environment

Proven collaboration skills in cross-functional, matrixed teams
