Responsibilities
You serve as the primary pricing partner for assigned channels
You build scenario analyses to evaluate risks, opportunities, and cost/benefit trade-offs
You monitor market dynamics, environmental trends, and competitive activity across customer segments
You identify pricing and price realization opportunities within U.S. markets
You support business case development and present recommendations to the Executive Pricing Committee
You advise on deal structure and facilitate workshops to drive improved commercial outcomes
You lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance pricing processes, tools, and systems
You partner with Commercial teams to support contract development and performance evaluation
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 -8 years of related experience
You have a strong ability to quickly learn, analyze, and simplify complex challenges
You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
You demonstrate strong financial acumen, including forecasting, pricing strategy, and modeling
You have a solid understanding of U.S. healthcare economics and the market landscape
You have proven success integrating strategies across multiple functional areas
You can influence, align, and build consensus with internal stakeholders around a shared vision
Preferred
You bring prior experience in the diabetes market, with expertise in CGM strongly preferred
