Responsibilities

Work job requirements for our US tech clients

Using job boards, CRM system and other databases to identify suitable candidates for jobs

Develop relationships with those candidates and qualifying their suitability for positions we are working or other future roles

Writing job specs and job adverts and posting these across our own website, jobsites, social media and other suitable places to attract candidate applications

Carrying out telephone and video interviews with candidates

Profiling candidate’s CV’s and submission through to the clients

Management of candidate interviews and providing them with any required support

Providing client feedback to candidates and then any sequential job offers and onboarding process

Attending client meetings with the Directors and Recruitment Consultants
