Lead the architecture of AI-driven data platforms from ingestion to evaluation to reporting
Build scalable pipelines to collect, validate, and manage domain-expert datasets
Translate abstract evaluation concepts into robust, production-grade systems
Implement CI/CD for ML workflows and automated quality checks
Guide and mentor a small technical team, prioritizing quality, ownership, and continuous improvement
Establish and enforce standards for metadata, governance, and reproducibility

Strong experience building data and ML systems at scale
Proven ability to design modular, extensible architectures
Familiarity with LLMs, evaluation metrics, and ML infrastructure
Comfort working between ambiguity and production-level precision
