Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional client service, internally and externally
Support attorneys and legal teams with tasks including document preparation, scheduling, and data management
Draft and revise legal materials using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Coordinate meetings and conference calls, including handling logistics such as catering and technology setup
Assist with time entries, new business intake forms, and conduct client and topic-specific research
Handle document management tasks, including printing, scanning, and distribution in collaboration with Document Services
Support billing, expense reports and vendor invoices
Assist with additional projects and provide backup support as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong multitasking and time management abilities
Strong organizational and proactive problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn new technologies
High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
Flexibility to overtime and adapt to changing schedules
