Responsibilities
You’ll represent policyholders in:
Residential & commercial property damage claims (hail, wind, roof, water, etc.)
HOA / condo association and building claims
Appraisal and arbitration matters
Pre-suit negotiations and litigation (as needed)
Occasional bad-faith matters when appropriate
You’ll handle cases with support, not isolation — you are not expected to build everything from scratch
Qualification
Required
Licensed in Colorado
1+ year of insurance litigation experience
Comfortable taking initiative in case management
Prefer income tied to performance instead of a fixed salary
Want flexibility, autonomy, and a true growth path
