They are seeking a Technology Development Engineer to support the semiconductor process integration team, focusing on process integration from development to production and customer engagement.

Responsibilities
Perform data analysis
Identify, understand and resolve complex process integration issues and related technological challenges
Develop custom or derivative processes to meet customer needs
Support new designs with module characterization and design rule development
Work with cross function teams to resolve technical & yield concerns
Drive CIPs (continuous improvement plans) to deliver organizational goals
Understanding and working knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE)
Work and collaborate on additional projects and/or assignments as needed
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Qualification
Required
Education – Graduating with a Bachelors or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physics, or other relevant engineering physical science discipline or related field from an accredited degree program
Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing
Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
Travel - Up to 10%
Preferred
Prior related internship or co-op experience
Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc
Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute onexecute solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong planning & organizational skills
Technology transfer experience is beneficial
Ability to work effectively and efficiently with diverse teams, clients, as well as internal and external partners
High-Volume Manufacturing experience in the FEOL/BEOL process with eNVM or HV technologies are a plus
