Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions

Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations

Develop and maintain accurate cost accounting systems to support manufacturing operations

Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and external audit requirements

Manage cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting processes

Support leadership with financial reporting, variance analysis, and business performance metrics

Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering growth and accuracy in daily operations

Partner with operations, purchasing, and leadership teams to improve financial processes and controls

Oversee tax filings, compliance reporting, and coordination with external auditors and tax professionals
