Responsibilities
Onboard new customers
Provide top-notch customer support
Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers get the most value out of Smarter Launch
Work closely with our product and engineering teams to share customer feedback and improve the user experience
Assist in building out our support documentation and internal processes
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
Continuously learn and grow—professionally, and with the company
Qualification
Required

Eager to learn new tools, industries, and technologies
Preferred
Experience in SaaS and/or customer support roles
Familiarity with the pest control or home services industry
Previous experience working remotely
Understanding of the Smarter Launch platform
