Responsibilities
Overseeing the company’s worldwide accounting operations
Financial reporting
Internal controls
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA required
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
Experience in a public company
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance
Hands-on experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition and inventory/COGS accounting
Preferred
Prior experience in the semiconductor, hardware, or manufacturing industry
Big Four public accounting background
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite)
