Responsibilities

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Sample Donation Program, including biospecimen collection and laboratory management

Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining uninterrupted program operations

Developing and maintaining biospeciman management plans, handling requirements, program documentation and participant training

Providing operational oversight for biospecimen chain-of-custody and adherence to tracking compliance

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain current collection and management plans

Collaborate and provide expertise to requesting scientists on collection requirements/timing during the study planning phase

Supporting QA and SOP compliance and partnering with training teams to keep SOPs updated

Anticipating and resolving operational issues to meet deliverables

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Bioscience Technology, Medical Technology, or related field with 1 or more years of experience required

Previous experience in phlebotomy, including venipuncture and specimen collection is required

Anticipating and resolving operational issues to meet deliverables

Strong knowledge of laboratory safety standards and compliance protocols

Proficiency in electronic data systems and quality control programs

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced research environment
