Responsibilities
Support the Director of CSP-HI Services with clinical and administrative oversight of CSP-HI Services including program growth/expansion
Provide onboarding support and training to new hires related to policies, procedures and best practices
Provide real-time guidance, consultation and consistent weekly supervision to assigned Housing First Coordinators and Recovery Coaches – including side-by-side experiential learning in the field
Provide comprehensive assessment and triage of incoming CSP-HI referrals
Liaise with internal/external partners regarding service needs and risk
Qualification
Required
Requires a Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, nursing, or another closely related field
At least two years direct experience with underserved populations and at least one year of managerial experience
Demonstrated ability to identify and access community resources
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Master's degree in healing arts preferred
