Responsibilities

Provide technical engineering design, support, implementation and troubleshooting for Customer network and computing systems
Installation of network and computing equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and servers
Successfully communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical Customer and internal audiences
Ability to work independently or in a variety of team roles to provide technical implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting services
Manage assigned tickets, activities, and projects and ensure all activity and time is properly and thoroughly documented
Create, update, and manage technical documentation, diagrams, and schematics for Customers and iConvergence
Participate in meetings for departmental, process, and project planning as required
This role requires availability for after-hours on-call support, to include nights and weekends remotely and/or onsite at iConvergence offices

Required

Experience with network design, installation, and troubleshooting in a variety of Customer verticals
Cisco CCNA Routing and Switching certification or equivalent field experience
Minimum of 4+ years of experience with Cisco Enterprise Networking Products including switches, routers, firewalls, and SD-WAN
Strong technical knowledge of current and legacy networking protocols and standards including LAN//WAN, TCP/IP, VoIP, QoS
Excellent organization, communication, and written skills
Previous work experience in an environment that required candidate to work independently with minimal supervision and the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the industry and the company
