Responsibilities

System Admin will install, configure, and maintain operating systems and application software

Maintain and optimize network infrastructure, server hardware, virtualization environments, and storage systems

Assist and support the planning and execution of upgrades, migrations, and new deployments across on prem and cloud environments

Monitor system performance and ensure high levels of uptime and reliability

Perform routine backup and recovery operations for critical data and systems

Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing exercises

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various platforms

Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity

Apply operating system and application patches, updates, and security fixes

As a System Admin, you will create and maintain up-to-date documentation for system configurations and procedures

Provide user support and training for basic system functionality and best practices

Assist in capacity planning, resource allocation, and technology refresh efforts
