Responsibilities
Receive, organize, and enter invoices into the accounting system for multi-entity accounts payable
Prepare accounts payable aging reports for approval
Perform check runs on an as-needed basis
Run weekly payroll
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including labor union representatives
Operate in a private equity–owned environment with ongoing expectations to streamline processes and maximize efficiency
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of hands-on accounts payable experience or AP oversight
Good customer service skills
Experience preparing aging reports and processing payments
Preferred
Experience with NetSuite
Multi-entity AP experience
Experience working with labor unions or multiple external stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multi-entity accounting
