This role focuses on supporting the design and execution of innovative learning experiments using AI, with the aim of enhancing the employee learning experience and measuring the impact of learning on performance.

Responsibilities
Assist in developing new experiments leveraging AI to create autonomous virtual certification processes
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs on performance and customer engagement readiness
Utilize various platforms to enhance and measure the employee learning experience
Develop detailed plans for the implementation of AI-driven certifications
Focus on increasing employee engagement and experience within their Learning Journey by integrating innovative tools and methodologies
Identify and analyze emerging trends that could support the learning-to-application process for new hires across selected roles within the organization
Qualification
Required
Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled student)
Required majors: Business, Finance, Political Science, Bachelor of Science or Arts, Education, Data Science
Basic Knowledge of Google Suite of Products
Basic Knowledge and utilization of Social Media Platforms (not a developer, but a user of the platforms)
Preferred
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
