Start in 2026 SpringToo Lost is looking for a Deal Operations Intern to join their Spring 2026 Internship program. The intern will provide administrative and organizational support to the Deal Ops Team, assisting in tracking deal progress, maintaining documentation, and supporting internal processes to ensure efficient and accurate deal execution.

Responsibilities
Update and maintain internal deal trackers and related documentation
Capture clear meeting notes and distribute action items
Support administrative requests, including contract retrieval and data lookups
Complete data entry tasks in spreadsheets, CRMs, and internal systems
Assist with general operational needs related to deal management
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled at a college/university in the United States
Commit to 10 - 20 hours per week
Must work in person from our New York City office
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with spreadsheets
Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Interest in music industry operations and business affairs is a plus
