Responsibilities

Lead engineers performing, regional projects, services, warranty work and provide management and engineering support for other projects

Perform and lead the vital engineering support functions to maintain regional project schedules and support major project startups

Interface effectively with key customers, building relationships and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding performance

Efficiently work with customers to resolve issues on projects and warranty issues

Perform monthly project cost reviews on assigned projects and implement procedures to improve project cost and performance

Review project proposals for proper content and cost working thru appropriate channels to ensure objectives are being met

Prepare accurate monthly financial forecast for sales and margin to support the objectives of Regional Operations
