Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership on insurance claims system projects
Design, code, test, debug, and document ClaimCenter or PolicyCenter programs and integrations
Collaborate with IT management, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions
Act as an internal mentor and consultant on technical matters
Contribute as a key technical expert on emerging technologies for internet/intranet/internal applications
Develop cost-effective, scalable applications that meet customer and business needs
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Guidewire Insurance Suite, specifically ClaimCenter or PolicyCenter
Expertise in GOSU (or Java) programming
Ability to assess, architect, and design new ClaimCenter or PolicyCenter integrations
Proven experience in Agile development, version control, and release management tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts in plain language
Preferred
Experience with ClaimCenter or PolicyCenter version upgrades
Automated testing (GUnit, Selenium, etc.)
Guidewire certifications
