The Director of Revenue Cycle is responsible for managing Revenue Cycle activities, supporting Business Office Managers and Assistants to enhance processes, outcomes, collection rates, and customer service.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the management of the Revenue Cycle activities for assigned region providing support to Business Office Managers and Business Office Assistants in the North Shore family of centers to improve the revenue cycle processes, outcomes, collection rates and customer service

Required

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination or education/related experience)

Post-Acute Care Revenue Cycle experience

Advanced computer proficiency with Microsoft products

In depth knowledge of health plan requirements

Strong analytical skills

Demonstrated leadership competency

Ability to travel extensively to multiple centers in a large geographic area

Polished communication and presentation skills

Preferred

Experience in a fast-paced environment

Post-acute care or health care experience
