IRS Notices
Management of Financial Accounting Deliverables
Development of processes and system improvements for accounting teams
Organizational strategy and development, and process improvement
Efficiency improvement across divisions and enhance customer experience
Ensure the departments service deliverables and responsibilities are met
Client Communication, Training, and Resolution
Subject matter expert and liaison to our clients and other departments regarding tax and accounting matters
People Leadership
Recruitment and hiring for tax and accounting teams
Setting training and onboarding standards for accountants
HR system and performance review administration
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience within tax and accounting
CPA is required
Excellent leadership skills
Excellent technical and analytical skills
Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while ensuring internal SLAs and deadlines are met
Strong ability to identify problems and recommend solutions in a demanding and fast-paced environment
