Information Technology
Responsibilities
Pull and refile loan documents according to established protocols
Conduct quality control checks to ensure files are accurately placed and organized
Verify that loan files are stored in their correct locations
Walk throughout the vault for the majority of the shift
Use step stools to access files stored at various heights
Maintain awareness of safety procedures while navigating the vault
Search shelves thoroughly for missing files
Use internal systems to research file history and identify potential misplacement clues
Investigate file locations by checking desks, carts, and other storage areas
Input and update file location data in the company’s tracking system
Ensure accuracy and completeness of digital records
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable with physical tasks including walking, climbing, and lifting light materials
Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate internal systems
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
No prior experience required – training will be provided
