Responsibilities
Designs, programs, simulates, and tests automated processes
Responsible for detailed design specifications and other documents
Advises executives to develop functional strategies on matters of significance
Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks
Works under minimal supervision
Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks for web and/or API platforms
Strong knowledge of TDD, OOP, and modern test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar)
Experience with performance, security, and accessibility testing
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate and advocate for quality across engineering, product, and design
Strong mentorship skills and a passion for continuous improvement
Preferred
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience building test automation in greenfield or startup environments
Exposure to testing AI/ML-driven applications and omni-channel customer experiences
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerized environments
