Provide exceptional service to large corporate/high-revenue (Platinum) customers

Handle inquiries primarily via email (85%-90%), with occasional phone calls for escalations or sensitive clients

Manage basic treasury service requests

Toggle between multiple systems efficiently

Ensure client delight while meeting risk and audit compliance standards

Cover for associates with assigned portfolios during their absence (no permanent portfolio assigned)
