Responsibilities
Launch and scale new markets from inception through profitability
Drive regional growth strategy, market entry, and expansion planning
Lead revenue generation efforts and shape regional go-to-market strategy
Build, coach, and lead Business Development and Operations teams
Personally cultivate relationships with key referral partners
Own full P&L for the region, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
Ensure operational excellence, safety, and consistent customer experience across locations
Act as a regional brand ambassador at industry events and partner meetings
Qualification
Required
8–15 years of senior leadership experience in restoration, construction, or adjacent property services (HVAC, pest control, waterproofing, facilities services, emergency services)
Proven success launching and scaling multi-site, multi-market operations
Strong commercial and revenue-generation mindset, not just operational execution
Experience building and executing referral-driven go-to-market strategies
Advanced financial acumen with full P&L ownership
Executive presence with the ability to influence internally and externally
Willingness to travel up to ~75% regionally
