Responsibilities
Develop executive-level presentations, board decks, and leadership materials that clearly articulate strategy, performance, risks, and opportunities
Synthesize disparate data sources, perspectives, and inputs into cohesive, insightful storylines and narratives
Partner closely with senior leaders, functional teams, and analytics groups to understand business context and translate it into compelling communications
Build clear storyboards and presentation frameworks that guide executive discussions and decision-making
Ensure all materials meet executive and Board of Directors standards for clarity, accuracy, tone, and visual quality
Continuously refine messaging to align with US Foods’ strategic priorities and leadership expectations
Manage multiple high-priority deliverables in a fast-paced, enterprise environment
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in executive communications, strategy, consulting, PMO, corporate strategy, or a similar role
Demonstrated strength in assembling executive and Board-level decks and communications
Proven ability to take fragmented or incomplete data and translate it into clear, compelling narratives
Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills with strong executive presence
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders in a large, complex organization
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint (or equivalent) and executive-level visual storytelling
Preferred
Experience supporting C-suite or Board-level communications
Background in management consulting, enterprise strategy, or large-scale corporate environments
Familiarity with data-driven storytelling and business performance reporting
