IDR is seeking a Game Production Coordinator to join one of our top clients in Santa Monica, CA. This role is pivotal in supporting our client's team by alleviating administrative and operational tasks, allowing developers to focus on creating exceptional player experiences.

Responsibilities

Provide operational support by managing communication channels with both internal and external partners

Oversee workflows, identify risks, manage trade-offs, and remove obstacles to ensure smooth project execution

Collaborate with IT, Infosec, and game teams to troubleshoot onboarding and access issues for external workers

Lead initiatives to improve team processes, tools, and communication, while maintaining accurate internal documentation

Facilitate team rituals, including meeting preparation, follow-ups, and action tracking, to enhance collaboration and alignment

Required

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production coordinator, assistant producer, or project manager role

Background in gaming, software, or related industries
