Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and timely New Product quotes by reviewing customer requests, specifications, and requirements
Communicate with customers regarding quotes, clarifications, and order status, ensuring high-quality service
Maintain records of quotes, customer data, and job information in CRM/ERP systems
Process customer and vendor purchase orders
Ensure all documentation, pricing, and proposals meet company standards and margin expectations
Participate in process improvements for quoting efficiency and customer responsiveness
Perform other related duties as assigned by supervision
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple quotes, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
Comfortable working with numbers, pricing details, and data in a fast-paced environment
Clear and professional communication skills, both written (email) and verbal
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
Self-motivated, bold, and persistent with a natural go-getter mindset
Preferred
Prior experience in quoting, sales support, or a related role
