Business Development Associate

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities in regulatory affairs, clinical operations, quality, pharmacovigilance, and market access
Conduct market research on emerging pharma trends, competitor activities, and global regulatory updates
Build prospects’ list targeting pharma, biotech, and medical device companies
Engage with potential clients to understand regulatory, clinical, and compliance needs
Deliver capability presentations and support proposal development
Maintain strong ongoing communication with clients to support project onboarding and upsell opportunities
Maintain accurate pipeline activities in CRM systems
Track sales progress, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes
Prepare sales forecasts and data-driven insights for leadership
Work with regulatory, pharmacovigilance, clinical, and quality teams to align service offerings with client needs
Support marketing in creating pharma-specific promotional and outreach materials
Assist in preparing proposals, RFP responses, and service agreements
Prepare required weekly/monthly reports with KPIs, lead status, and completed deliverables
Document client communications and maintain organized records
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Industry
Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in business development support, sales, account management, or a related role
Understanding of regulatory services, pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries is preferred
Strong skills in preparing presentations, proposals, and business documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and sales force (CRM tool)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
