Responsibilities

Drive the creative development of baby products across a range of categories
Produce trend-forward, market-ready designs that meet brand guidelines and retailer expectations
Design product packaging, color stories, graphics, and overall visual direction
Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, sourcing, and sales partners to move concepts from ideation through production
Incorporate cost targets, material selections, safety requirements, and manufacturing limitations into design solutions
Create and deliver presentations for internal checkpoints and retail line reviews
Oversee design schedules to ensure timely execution of all projects

Required

Five or more years of professional design experience, ideally within baby, juvenile, or consumer product categories

Team-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable presenting concepts with confidence
