Responsibilities
Work on analysis and reporting tasks tied to real business deadlines
Build best-in-class Tableau dashboards from scratch that empower teams to self-serve insights
Pull and analyze data to support ad-hoc business questions
Document your analysis and clearly share findings with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Explore data, form hypotheses, test them, and refine your understanding as patterns emerge
Partner with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver intuitive, self-serve dashboards
Write complex SQL queries across multiple tables to extract and transform data for reporting
Connect data across multiple systems and sources to answer meaningful business questions
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive insights and recommendations
Validate data and ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability in reporting
Perform ad-hoc analysis and proactively suggest improvements to existing processes
Clearly document reporting logic, assumptions, and outcomes for long-term reuse
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
6+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting across multiple applications and data warehouses
Advanced SQL skills with experience writing complex queries for analysis and extraction
Strong experience building self-serve dashboards in Tableau
Solid data analysis skills using Excel
A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and learn quickly
Strong analytical thinking-comfortable forming hypotheses and validating them through data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when explaining complex data to non-technical audience
Preferred
Experience working with call, case, or order data
Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, Remedy, NICE, IVR, or similar platform
