Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
Engage with customers in English and Spanish, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service
Use a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and recommend the best home warranty solutions
Educate customers on our products, features, and benefits to build trust and confidence
Overcome objections and close sales while maintaining a positive customer experience
Follow up on warm leads provided by the company—no cold calling or lead sourcing required
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain compliance with company policies
Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve individual and team sales goals
Continuously improve your skills through coaching, feedback, and training opportunities
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2–3 years of recent, continuous sales experience (phone sales preferred)
Bilingual in English and Spanish – able to communicate fluently with customers in both languages
Proven track record of sales success and goal achievement
Strong persuasive skills, quick thinking, and ability to overcome objections
Engaging personality with a passion for helping customers
Driven, self-motivated, and hungry to learn, earn, and advance
High level of integrity and commitment to continuous improvement
Comfortable working in a high call volume environment
