This role focuses on creating complete construction documents and detailed drawings for large-scale commercial projects while managing key aspects of studio operations.

Responsibilities
Lead the design and production of comprehensive construction documents and details
Oversee and manage studio operations across multiple commercial and retail projects
Collaborate across teams to ensure project timelines, quality standards and design intent are met
Provide quality control, redlining and peer reviews of drawings
Coordinate across all phases of design – from schematic design through construction administration
Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance
Qualification
Required
Minimum 8 years of architectural experience, including at least 4 years as a Project Architect or Senior Detailer
Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing complex, large scale commercial projects
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and other 2D/3D design tools, strong knowledge of office drafting standards
Deep understanding of building materials, construction methods and applicable codes
Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality documentation
Bachelor's degree in architecture required
Must be comfortable working on-site in the office, and performing regular field visits
Preferred
Licensure and LEED accreditation are a plus but not required
