Lead and manage all legal activities across the company
Own intellectual property strategy, including prosecution and litigation
Negotiate and structure vendor agreements
Draft, review, and negotiate customer contracts
Support financing and transactional activities
Serve as a key legal partner to senior leadership and governance bodies

Demonstrated commitment to high legal and ethical standards
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate risk, probabilities, and business impact
Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
Effective negotiator with solid commercial judgment
Comfortable working in a hands-on role with broad responsibility
Experienced in identifying high-quality work and top talent through prior roles in demanding environments
Able to go beyond legal analysis to provide pragmatic, business-focused guidance
Genuine interest in the company's products and industry
