Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in private credit, direct lending, or related fields, with experience managing loan portfolios
Demonstrated support in deal origination, structuring, and negotiation
Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously when required
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with investors, borrowers, and stakeholders
In-depth knowledge of credit underwriting, financial analysis, and risk management

Preferred

Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or CFA designation
