Responsibilities

Ensure standardized test administration by conducting administrative work associated with assessments, setting up test environments and maintaining adherence to testing procedures to uphold integrity and compliance

Provides technical support for testing platforms by setting up hardware and software, troubleshooting issues and ensuring accessibility for all test-takers

Safeguards test security and student records by enforcing testing standards, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with institutional and external regulations

Manage testing records and reporting by maintaining accurate documentation of test administrations, scores and accommodations to support institutional and regulatory requirements

Facilitates accommodation for students with disabilities by ensuring equitable access to testing environments and compliance with accommodation guidelines

Supports student success by informing new and continuing students and staff about educational programs, services and available resources

Contributes to an inclusive, equitable and supportive environment where everyone at the institution feels valued, respected and empowered to reach their full potential
